It was an absolute pleasure working with Dave and his team. This is actually the third time my wife and I have been fortunate enough to use his services. When our original lender told us they couldn’t get things done our realtor got us in contact with Dave. Dave came in and told us not to worry this is what he does. His team immediately got on it and contacted us daily making sure we got everything we needed done during the short escrow. Weekends and nights if we had questions they were there.
